We process the data submitted through the contact form (name, e-mail address, company name, message) and technical connection data (IP address, browser type) stored in server logs. Form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. Logs are used to keep the service secure and working correctly.

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the service secure.
Recipients
Data may be entrusted to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Azure, EU). Data is stored in data centres within the European Union. We do not transfer data to third countries or international organisations and we never sell it.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for its duration and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, write to biuro@racquetsoft.pl.

If you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or with your local supervisory authority.
